On Monday, January 30, 2023, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, received in audience Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, flagbearer aspirant of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He was received at Manhyia Palace during the maiden sitting of the Kumasi Traditional Council.
The former Minister for Trade and Industry in the company of some former Members of Parliament, some sitting MPs, former government appointees, and party supporters, informed the King about his presidential ambition.
