The burial rites of Nana Konadu Yiadom III, Asantehemaa, are currently ongoing at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi. Already, Nananom have arrived and taken their respective seats at the grounds. This is the first day of the four-day rites. Groups scheduled to attend today are Churches and Clergy, Political Parties, Educational Institutions, NGOs, Telecommunication Companies, Corporate Institutions, all recognised associations and the General Public.
