(Watch) Asantehemaa Dɔte Yie: Eswatini Kingdom Stands With Asante Kingdom

The Kingdom of Eswatini has joined forces with the King of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, to mourn the demise of the Queen, Nana Konadu Yiadom III.
The southern African country was represented at the Manhyia Palace on September 17, 2025, during the burial rites of the Queen by the Deputy Prime Minister, Senator Thulisile Dladla.
She extended her country’s commiseration with the Asante Kingdom and affirmed its support in these difficult moments of grief.
Other attendees for the third day included Paramount Chief of Sefwi Anhwiaso Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II, Paramount Chief of Aflao Torgbui Amenya Fiti V, Ashanti Regional Minister Dr Frank Amoakohene and Acting Chief Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie.
The carefully planned burial rites, which started on September 15 with a series of activities, will come to an end on September 18.
Her Majesty will be buried on the last day at Breman Baamu.
Filing past is reserved to take place sequentially among dignitaries and the general public from September 15 to 18, between 5 am and 5 pm, except for the last day, when it will end at 11 am to make way for a burial service at 3 pm.
A key point to note is the institution of the restriction on outdoor movement effective 7 pm on September 18 to make way for the burial of Her Majesty.
